- MEP supervisor is responsible for inspecting buildings electrical and water related equipment and systems. - To identify maintenance issues, such as power cuts, leaky pipes and faulty electrical switches in the risers and all electrical & pump rooms and to report them and create work assignments for the MEP staff. - Supervisor to ensure Proactive Preventive Maintenance schedule planning, write out essential equipment checklist for PPM. - To be on Stand-by and to respond whenever there are issues with electricity and water supply - To Link up EDC and Water Authorities whenever there are issues related to Utilities. - To maintain inventory, such as tools and Spare parts related to Electricity & water systems and equipment like generators and water pumps. - To ensure safety of MEP team staff and the facility is a primary responsibility of the MEP Supervisor. - Keep track of the functioning of safety equipment and security measures adapted in the facility linked with Electricity & water. - Immediate reporting of any errors or faults in the systems to the BM and get it repaired as quickly as possible. - Manage term contractors/ specialist contractors to ensure smooth operation of building systems related to Electricity & water. - Provide client/ authorities/ tenants with updates of electrical, water and other service outages and scheduled shutdowns - Must be able to communicate in Chinese with Owners, Tenants and Contractors as 90% are Chinese speaking related to technical matters. - Assist to Attend to feedback by tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions with regards to electrical & water related technical issues - Reports directly to the Building manager and advice regarding all technical matters related to Electrical & Plumbing matters. - Any other assignments as and when directed by the Building Manager & Senior Management related to MEP matters.

- At least with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate/ Facility Management and or equivalent.
