Jobs Description

- Process purchase requisitions / order within purchasing authority - Invite, assess and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals - Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships - Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories - Analyses price proposals, financial reports, and other information to determine reasonable prices - Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements - Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased - Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insurance - Reconcile or resolve value discrepancies - Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards, and best practices - Address staffing resource needs and supervise purchasing clerks - Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs - Develop and maintain constructive and cooperation working relationship with colleagues and management. - Continually try to improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs and rising environmental pressures. - Researches new suppliers, products and services to meet company’s goal - Performing the products purchasing and other procurement - Other Ad-Hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management of the company.

Jobs Requirement

- Age from 20 to 35 - Male & Female - At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field - Minimum 2 year of experience in procurement, communication or a related area - Knowledge of company’s rules, regulations and procedures - Ability to analyses past purchasing practices, methods and procedures and recommends new procedures. - Ability to work effectively with vendors, client departments, and the general public. - Can use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point - Self-motivate; flexible; puncture; honest, hardworking with long term commitment - Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions. - Analytical problem solving ability. - Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines. - Has good oral and communication skills Interested candidate please send your CV and cover letter by using the contact details below.
