Jobs Description

** Based at: Siem Pang District, Stung Streng Province ** Start Time: as soon as possible ** Reports to: Finance & Admin Manager and Project Manager ** Supervises: Logistician, Guard and Cleaner 2. Job Description ** Finance and Accounting - Perform financial data entry to QuickBooks system and properly maintain financial database and cords, - Prepare and issue all financial related paper work, i.e. Invoices, Receipts, payment vouchers, relevant documents, etc. - Prepare monthly bank book and bank reconciliation - Check and verify staff advance clearance related to project - Monthly preparing cash balance and send to Phnom Penh Office - Handle cash on hand and bank check - Prepare monthly project fund balance/ project cash book balance - Ensure financial and administrative compliance with all SCW‘s policies and donors requirements - Monthly update staff advance - Ensure accurate and timely data entry to meet deadline. ** Administration - Assist in collecting quotation then submitted to project manager for verify and prior approval from Admin & Finance Manager H.Q in Phnom Penh. - Responsible for materials and equipment purchasing and assist in organizing training materials for project team. - Coordinate with other NGOs or private sector as per job required - Ensure that all filling documents are properly stored in order and secured - Prepare other contracts related to project such as: purchasing contract, etc. - Update fixed asset listing of project and make sure that all asset are in a properly keeping with SCW labeled. ** Human Resource - Preparing staff annual leave and update list them submit to Assistant Executive Director and copies to project manager and admin & finance manager - Monthly tracing staff medical claim and report to admin & finance manager - Well keeping staff updated list and staff movement. ** Public Relations - Represent SCW at any assigned responsibilities at a high professional manner - Liaise with donors and sub-contractors in transparency and accountable manner - Attending financial training or other workshop which was nominated by Admin & Finance Manager or project manager. ** Other Activities - Undertake other duties (within individual competence and capacities) necessary to support the activities of SCW, as and when required by Admin & Finance manager and line management.

Jobs Requirement
