Bachelor Degree in Building/Civil Engineering/Construction or equivalent Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar capacity preferably with a good portfolio in managing residential and commercial projects Excellent people management skills, strong leadership skills, ability to prioritize, organize and execute tasks effectively Good communication skills with an ability to interact with people across all levels Ability to converse in Burmese is an added advantage
