-Planning, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating all activities of purchasing department. -Develop the policies, strategies and purchase plans to achieve the target of purchasing department. -Manage a negotiation with vendors in goods and services purchasing. -Conduct the purchasing activities and monitor all established Purchase Order (PO) -Executing the plans, budget policies and the procedures of procurement that had been approved by the boards. -Work together with the team to improve the purchasing system of the company. -Make sure that all the goods and service purchase requisitions are match with the approved specifications. -Create a monthly purchasing report and other necessary report for the company internal.

-Candidate must possess at least diploma / bachelor’s degree from any major -Have at least 5 yrs experience in Purchasing (specifically procurement), preferably from transportation / automotive company. -Fluent in mandarin language, both oral and written are preferably -Having a good communication and negotiation skill. -Excellent skills in working with computer (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, and Ms, Power Point) -Possess a good responsibility and strong leadership nature. -Willing to be placed at head office (Lender, Jakarta Timur)
