-Education S1 Civil Engineering or S1 Law -Min 2 years experience handling contracts in high rise building project -Able to conduct draft contract review in English -Understand the construction project implementation process -English is active -Willing to be placed in building construction project -Job responsibilities : -Checking the draft contract with the Owner, supplier and subcontractor until the contract is agreed -Monitoring status of work contract with Owner, Subcontractor or Supplier -Compile email and incoming mail or outgoing mail regarding contractual issues
