To support and represent business unit management and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, employee development, and engagement with strong local community ties to efficiently run store operations and increase store profits. - Supports the General Store Manager and takes over control of all in-store activities and acts in charge of all store operations when the General Store Manager is not in the store. - Provide support in managing store resources, planning and directing resources to the most needed place at the right time. - Ensure effective implementation of prevention and loss prevention procedures, coordinate store inventory amounts, ensure correct account for assets, take steps to minimize damage, loss, theft and optimize turnover. - Takes an active role in team development, especially focusing on the Head Department and Supervisor to ensure high involvement with customers and store operations teams. - Conduct systematic monitoring of stock management especially in terms of availability of products on shelf and ready for customer to purchase. - Actively participate in sales efforts to drive sales volume in an effort to achieve predetermined targets. - Report and discuss with Store General Manager for operational issues and possible solutions if problems arise

- Graduated D3 / S1 all disciplines - Having experience of at least 5 years in the same position of the retail / wholesale business - Have good leadership and managerial skills - Able to work independently and is a good group member - Communicative and able to provide direction clearly and systematically - Willing to work following shop operating hours - Work location: Cibubur
