-Response for supporting and delivering the ERP solution for users -Experience in implementing 1 cycle ERP system (Procure to Pay or Order to Cash modules) -Have accounting and finance knowledge will be advantage -Proficient knowledge of SQLDeveloper, Oracle, Excel, Access, SQL Query and pivot tables required, VBA knowledge is a plus -Strong analytical skills required – aptitude for learning new -software applications and analytical techniques

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Computer/Telecommunication, Computer Science/Information Technology, -Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent. -At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. -Understand client's business processes -Provide implementation support to new clients by leading customers through the implementation process, communicating with those involved to ensure that implementation is completed and any issues are resolved so client can be successfully utilizing the product. Train users in system set up, administration and maintenance -Identify and report software gaps (work closely with our development team and impact future features and functionality of our products) -Proof and analyze data conversions -Create user documentation when required -Formal end-user training -Review and test of software requirements -Preparation of test cases document -Execution of tests -Reporting to defects
