- Monitoring and maintenance core banking system - Implementation and management of all IT related project including delivery and support of all IT system to user - Managing and monitoring IT budget - Managing IT department and ensure IT P&P is in line with the Group add in compliance with the local regulation - Managing and allocating IT team to provide support effectively and efficiently to ensure completion of work requests within the timeline - System administration and IT supports (hardware, software and communication) - Liaise local vendors for support and maintenance as required - Ensure hardware Is serviced and supported with appropriate contracts in place with vendors - Ensure hardware purchased, if any, is in line with Group standards - Manage day-to-day running of all batches to ensure smooth operations and compliance with the Group P&P

- Oversee the inward and outward cheque clearing - Authorize the inward and outward clearing transaction from AS400 system - Override the house cheque transaction from BDS system - Monitoring and check loan documentations disbursement - Act as the guardian of the P&P - Monitor the preparation of security envelop all legal documents for keeping in fire proof safe box - Check daily report within department for all transactions - Assist in evaluating effectiveness of business practices and implement monitoring systems for proactively identifying risk variances above established tolerance levels - Assist and coordinating review of self- assessment and other tools used by internal and external auditors and examiners to ensure any issues identified are immediately resolved - Assist compliance officer with development of new and revisions to existing policies - Implement and monitor status of corrective actions - Provide technical support, training and analysis to line personnel as needed - Control stocking of ATM card and delivery to support branches .
