-Lead QC and QA teams in meeting the quality standards set by customers and ensuring compliance with various quality standards related to fabric, material and garments. -Directly report to Factory General Manager and HK Functional Head. Daily collaborate with HK Quality Assurance Team on various quality issues through regular meetings and reports. -Monitor the effectiveness of internal quality assurance system and modify the quality process periodically when necessary. -Handle and follow up various factory quality audits. -Manage the team to conduct daily inspection to ensure quality target is achieved. Meanwhile, stay proactive in probing quality problems and troubleshooting throughout the production process and timely alert relevant parties prior to shipment. -Deliver coaching and effective performance management to local team members.

-Cambodian Citizen (Male & Female) -Bachelor Degree in Textile / Clothing Technology or related disciplines -10 years or above experience in fabric, trims accessories or garment industry in which at least 3 years in managerial level -Possess extensive knowledge of apparel quality standards and able to understand the end customer needs. -Excellent people management, technical and quality problem solving skills -Good command of spoken and written English -Able to communicate in Chinese will be a definite asset -Solid working experience in quality control running in factory, and experienced in dealing with factory audits.
