• To prepare annual budget. • To monitor actual performance against budget. • To prepare, manage and monitor the company’s cash flow. • To prepare monthly overall management report. • To review the control accounts with the system. • To train, develop and motivate all the accounting and finance staff. • To ensure the internal control, policies and procedures of the company are strictly implemented. • To initiate action to safeguard the company’s assets. • To liaise with internal and external auditor for the audit matter. • To review monthly tax return and yearly tax return. • To prepare financial report for the company. • To assist in any other accounting/financial activities required or delegated by superior
