- Business planning and strategy: Assist the Financial Planning & Analyst Manager in formulating Annual Budgets and Operating Plans Preparation, Corporate Finance Planning. - Business Review and Performance Management: Periodic Budget Monitoring and root cause analysis of budget deviations. Provide inputs (reports, dashboards, etc) to the manager. ** Job Responsibilities: - Supporting the business strategy formulation, business planning & analysis (through industry analysis, environment/ competition scan, and evaluation of business assumptions and regular tracking of industry) - Management accounting activities include Timely and accurate performance reports, Business planning and analysis, Decision support - Responsibilities also include pre/post launch evaluation of business cases, Financial/strategic evaluations of Investment decisions. - Define and drive improvement initiatives across the organization
