Responsibility BOH has responsibility in managing overall Branch operation in achieving Branch Strategic Business Plan, to include Sales, After Sales Service, People Development and Implementation of UMG culture and values within the Branch. Authority BOH has authority on Branch issues such as commercial, legal, financial, environmental issues in collaboration with Head Office and other BU / Branch.
