Conduct themselves in accordance with the rules of the Child Safeguarding Policy, in their personal and professional lives – which includes reporting suspicions of child abuse. Supervise sale agents in the community. Build Capacity for WASH enterprises (who are locally identified and agreed to take part in the project) Assist in the recruitment of and training sale agents and private sectors (vendors) Collect sales data and sales and produce a monthly report in given format to the M&E officer and line manager in VTE. Conduct the agreed monthly activity and submit detailed monthly report to the line manager on a monthly basis, along with advance settlement. Facilitate the creation of lessons and tools required for implementation of the project marketing program - e.g. promotion and sales ledgers, training modules, etc. Identify entrepreneurs and establish partnerships for product development, promotion and sales. Work with Nam Saat to implement a capacity building program for private sector actors and government partners, including business planning, marketing planning and materials development, and tools. Ensure that government partners at different levels have sufficient capacity necessary for facilitating, coordinating and managing private sector (entrepreneurs) and their marketing needs. Attend coordination meetings as appropriate. Perform other relevant tasks that help implementation of activities. Document all processes related to this scope of work
