Jobs Description

- Assist Program Support Officer - To perform a variety of routine office and clerical work as required or assigned by line manager. - To monitor all outstanding bills or other expense (phone, electrical, etc.). - Typing routine correspondences, other reports, statements, official notice and memos. - Maintain proper recording of stationeries stock in, stock out & update the balance. - Submit monthly report and work plan or other documents to local authorities in accordance with procedures. - Assist to arrange Air ticket and hotel bookings for all international and national staff visiting to Loikaw when required and keep visitor record properly. - Assist in filing Fixed Asset, procurement, HR and Admin related documents. - Maintain and update Field asset register and personal Issue form. - To receive goods and record into the warehouse to support the Warehouse Officer. - Assistance in fleet section to fleet officer for the transportation, managing of the vehicle movement. Including correct recording in log books, calculation of fuel consumption and stock for Office vehicle movement. - Comply with all relevant Save the Children policies and procedures with respect to health and safety, security, equal opportunities and other relevant policies in carrying out job responsibilities. - Any other tasks as assigned. - Holds self accountable for making decisions, managing resources efficiently, achieving and role modelling Save the Children values - Holds the team and partners accountable to deliver on their responsibilities - giving them the freedom to deliver in the best way they see fit, providing the necessary development to improve performance and applying appropriate consequences when results are not achieved. - Sets ambitious and challenging goals for themselves and their team, takes responsibility for their own personal development and encourages their team to do the same - Widely shares their personal vision for Save the Children, engages and motivates others - Future orientated, thinks strategically and on a global scale. - Builds and maintains effective relationships, with their team, colleagues, Members and external partners and supporters - Values diversity, sees it as a source of competitive strength - Approachable, good listener, easy to talk to. - Develops and encourages new and innovative solutions - Willing to take disciplined risks. - Honest, encourages openness and transparency; demonstrates highest levels of integrity - Always acts in the best interests of children

Jobs Requirement

- Knowledgeable for the data entry and Familiarity with spreadsheets, especially in MS Excel - A Bachelor’s degree (preferably local and having work experiences in Office Management) - Good communication skills and attention to detail. - Flexible work attitude: the ability to work productively in a team environment & independently. - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation developing effective working relationships to deliver outstanding results for children - Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children’s aims, values and principles - Willingness and capability to comply with all relevant Save the Children policies and procedures with respect to health and safety, security, equal opportunities and other relevant policies, including the Child Safeguarding Policy
