- Support program team with logistics requirements for activities, including preparing and clearing advance payments, booking venues, and preparing supplies, for organising meetings/workshops/conferences. - Arrange travel logistics for staff field trips, workshops, and special events. - Support program and finance teams with procurement requirements ensuring donor and SFCG's procurement policy compliance. - Prepare monthly procurement plans and regularly update procurement related databases. - Conduct market surveys in states/regions when required. - Support project team in procurement and logistics in states/regions. - Support effective documentation and communication of office matters. - Record and update the office inventory lists Actively contribute to collaborative problem solving for operational matters. - Arrange and support team-building activities and retreats. - As job descriptions cannot be exhaustive, the position holder may be required to undertake other duties
