- Data collection, analysis and reporting - Coordination of research activities, including design, liaising with clinical staff and external parties, developing protocols and application for ethics approval.

- Degree holder in any field preferably with a background in science, biomedical science or statistics. - Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access & Powerpoint. - Knowledge of Health Information Systems, medical coding and clinical documentation is preferred and familiarity with data entry in wed-based form and/or clinical systems is ideal. - Experience with Quality improvement, risk management, root cause analysis. - 1-2 years of work experience in the healthcare setting. - Must be conversant in English and Malay Language.
