• To manage the daily Cash Ground Operations effectively and efficiently. • The SCS is also responsible for the maintenance of the cash vehicles, Safety of all operational staff and to ensure all tasks are completed in a safety manner and as per company SOP. Core Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities: • Preparations on of monthly rostering for ATM, FLM, CIT, SAM and Sg Liang team • Cross checking’s leave applications with available reliever teams • Monthly mileage claim / or claim expenses • Verifying daily Trip sheet • Monitoring attendance and punctuality • Ensuring vehicles are deployed as per trip sheet • Liaising with CPC/Vault supervisor to ensure packings are ready as per trip sheet • Liaising with ISU for any operational matters • Checking daily vehicle check list • Monthly checking operational drivers Valid Driver license • Monitoring AMBD runs / Cargo • Ensuring team have adequate Full Uniform • Organizing training sessions with ISU • Daily reporting to Cash Op Manager • Identifying the strength and weakness of staff

• Liaising with Admin when there is a vehicle breakdown • Organizing towing • Liaise with trip planner restricting of trip sheet due to vehicle breakdown • Keeping track of vehicle maintenance (records and due date for each vehicle) • Follow up with workshop in regards to status of vehicle • Follow ups on quotations/invoices • Submitting Request forms • Any other tasks required by management
