Firm must have at least 10 years of experience in software development; Firm must be knowledgeable about or have experience in the areas of Natural Resources and Environment Sector, preferably in ASEAN countries; Firm must have completed at least 2 similar assignments in the past 4 years; such experience in Lao PDR is an asset. Firm must be able to work under tight deadlines and carry out multiple activities in parallel (this shall be evidenced by the past records and number of assignments completed per year).
