Supervising the crew of drill operators and mining contractors ensuring the highest level of safety standards Providing mining operations supervision as required Providing input and expertise into operational and development plans as required Ensuring mine safety systems and procedures are well understood and complied with Maintaining accurate and timely records of work performed during crew Coaching Lao staff ensuring they have adequate skill to perform their duties Controlling the cost of the various mobile equipment contractors

Degree in Mining is desirable Considerable previous experience in large scale drilling or mining earthworks Experience managing a large fleet of heavy, multi-functional mobile equipment Proven track record of leading teams in a production environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Lao Demonstrated experience in leading a safe working culture A proactive, achievement oriented approach Competency in Microsoft Office suite Current B class drivers licence
