Jobs Description

Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating HACCP and food safety documentation.
Conduct daily hygiene and process checks in the kitchen and production areas.
Monitor compliance with Good Hygiene Practices (GHPs) and safety procedures.
Prepare reports and records for internal and external audits.
Support the Quality & Operations team during HACCP certification audits.
Participate in internal training and improvement programs.
Coordinate corrective actions and follow up on non-conformities.
Other tasks required by managements.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in food production, restaurant, or quality assurance are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of food safety principles (ISO 22000, HACCP, GHP) is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work full-time at the central kitchen in Phnom Penh.
