Jobs Description

Supervise day-to-day front desk, receptionist, and concierge operations to ensure professional customer service.
Develop and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring service delivery meets expectations.
Coordinate and oversee vendors and service providers (cleaning, security, pest control, and others).
Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and compliance with agreed standards.
Assist in preparing monthly operational reports for management review.
Monitor expenditures and support cost-effective solutions within assigned areas.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security requirements.
Support continuous improvement in customer service and vendor management.
Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

Jobs Requirement

Commercial / Retail / Industrial Building experience will be a strong advantage.
Property Management or any relevant sector with minimum 3-5 years' experience.
Excellent verbal and non-verbal English and communication skills.
Able to interact with a wide range of clients, personnel, and their demands.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management to work with clients and tenants.
Having knowledge of occupational safety requirements.
Strong customer focus promotes team spirit, boosts morale and who subscribes to the Company RISE values.
Self-motivated, reliable, and professional, attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Competent working knowledge of Microsoft packages (e.g. Excel, Word).
