Jobs Description

Develop and manage the client relationship and ensure a high level of service.
Managing the budget for an organization's commercial operations, including capital expenditures, operating expenses, and other costs associated with providing services.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve performance in all aspects of business operations.
Evaluating new technology applications that could improve business operations or processes.
Ensure compliance with legislative, client and company health, safety and environmental programs.
Provide effective solutions to development, training, and performance management.
Provide technical support across a wide spectrum of Hard Services, to the company team and client.
Ensure service delivery is in line with agreement.
Prepare data for monthly Operational Reviews.
Promote continuous improvement throughout the team.
Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

Jobs Requirement

Commercial / Retail / Industrial Building experience will be a strong advantage;
Property Management or any relevant sector with minimum 5-10 years' experience;
Excellent verbal and non-verbal English and communication skills;
Able to interact with a wide range of clients, personnel, and their demands;
Strong leadership and stakeholder management to work with clients and tenants;
Having knowledge of occupational safety requirements;
Strong customer focus, promotes team spirit, boosts morale and who subscribes to the Company RISE values;
Self-motivated, reliable, and professional, attention to detail;
Strong communication skills;
Competent working knowledge of Microsoft packages (e.g. Excel, Word).
