Digital and Social Media Marketing

• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Tik Tok) to increase awareness and engagement.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns to promote EV charging services.
• Create and schedule content including posts, videos and stories that highlight user experiences and new locations.
• Optimize SEO to improve online discoverability of company’s services
• Monitor online engagement, respond to user inquiries and track performance metrics.
• Work with Singapore headquarter to localize brand messages for the Cambodian market.

Customer and Partner Engagement

• Build and maintain strong communication with existing registered users and fleet partners.
• Develop initiatives to improve user retention and encourage repeat usage.
• Collect feedback and insights from users to improve services and customer experience.
• Support relationship-building efforts with corporate fleets and mobility partners.

Event Marketing

• Support the planning and execution of local marketing events, such as charging station launches and partnership program.
• Prepare marketing materials (flyers, banners, digital posters) for both online and offline promotion.
• Assist in logistics, registration and customer engagement during events.
• Represent the company at networking events and fairs

Branding and Communication

• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Develop localized marketing collateral and promotional content aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Highlight success stories, milestones and partnerships through creative storytelling and digital content.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track and report on key marketing metrics including digital engagement, user feedback and campaign results.
• Provide monthly updates and insights to management to guide future marketing activities.

Perform other tasks as reasonably instructed by management

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer services, technology or mobility sectors.
• Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing tools and trends.
• Proficiency in content creation (copywriting, photography, or basic design using Canva or similar tools).
• Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English (spoken and written).
• Creative, organized and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills with organizations and partners.
• Analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
