Jobs Description

Respond promptly to customer complaints and claims (local and international).
Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with departments such as Production, Engineering, and Quality Control to resolve issues.
Monitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
Work with core teams to reduce daily defects on the production line.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly quality reports to management.
Train and guide operators on company policies & quality awareness during orientation.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in engineering in the field of mechanics, electronics, electricity, or automotive, or a relevant field.
Primary mathematics ability
Able to use Microsoft Office very well (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Can use English for communication
Open mind & teamwork mind
Good problem analysis skills (QC tools are a must; statistical method is desired)
Understand basic measurement methods (Vernier and micrometer are a must. Precise measurement, e.g., coordinate and shape measuring, is required).
