Jobs Description

Manage overall purchasing functions to ensure smooth and efficient activities
Develop, lead, and execute purchasing activities
Sourcing, Managing, and evaluating/analyst supplier in order to find out the profitable suppliers
Negotiate price and follow up with team regularly
Make the proper purchasing planning best the logical data and situation.
Ensure all procurement requests are completed correctly
Ensure that purchased products or services are matched with the requirement of the requester
Maintain the sustainable relationship with suppliers and all stakeholders
Ensure that any purchase is followed the company process/policy
Ensure for purchasing for delivering on time for market demand on time.
Ensure all company information highly keep as confidential and not lacked outside the company or unrelated parties.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
At least 2-year experience in purchasing or supply chains from China
Knowledge in all material from China is preferable
Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written.
Solid judgment along with decision making skills and familiar with vendor sourcing
Knowledge of bidding, negotiation, communication and problem solving
Computer literacy especially MS Office, Excel, and other relevant system (SAP is the plus)
