Jobs Description

Manage electronic customs documentation filing (AMS, ACI, eManifest, ARF, ICS2) with accuracy
Execute export operations in line with global SOPs and IOPS
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure compliance and timely updates
Ensure timely and accurate Export EDI submissions, including bookings, shipping instructions, and container status updates
Interpret and manage ocean freight contracts, including BCO terms
Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to avoid shipment delays
Monitor regulatory developments and recommend compliance updates

Jobs Requirement

3-5 years of experience in ocean export or freight operations
Skilled in AMS, ACI, ICS2, and customs filing platforms
Strong knowledge of global SOP/IOP frameworks in matrix-driven organizations
High attention to detail and the ability to make decisions under time constraints
Proficient in EDI systems and Excel-based reporting
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
Experience with global freight tools such as Cargo Wise or SAP TM
Familiarity with customs clearance processes across North America, Europe, and Asia
Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones
Knowledge of HS Codes, export documentation, and port-specific compliance
