• Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
• Assist with the implementation of instructional activities and lesson plans.
• Provide individualised attention and support to students' academic and social development.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom, ensuring student well-being.
• Support students with personal care needs, including hygiene and well-being.
• Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their emotional and social growth.
• Contribute to the organisation and preparation of classroom materials and resources.
• Assist with record-keeping, progress tracking, and other administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective communication with parents/guardians.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of young students.
