Jobs Description

Maintain accurate bookkeeping in compliance with CIFRS
Keep up to date with policies and regulations
Ensure timely and accurate Cambodian tax declarations
Oversee billing and accounts receivable to ensure prompt collections
Manage accounts payable and perform regular reconciliations
Handle overseas suppliers (English communication required)
Monitor cash flow and operational liquidity
Review and report discrepancies in financial records
Examine and update accounting policies and procedures
Provide timely and accurate financial reports and updates
Participate in digital transformation projects across Finance and Sales departments
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Junior Accountant: 0-1 year of experience
Accounting Supervisor: minimum 2 years of experience
Solid understanding of accounting principles, CIFRS and Cambodian tax laws
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
Excellent command of English to communicate with international suppliers like Microsoft
Strong attention to detail with a questioning mind
Highly organized, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
Adept at multi-tasking and managing priorities effectively
A team player with leadership potential and a collaborative attitude
Strong interpersonal skills to work with other business units
Experience in setting up chart of accounts or accounting system is a plus
Possess the drive to pursue an expansive finance career
