Digital Marketing (60%)

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Telegram.
• Manage content calendar for social media platforms; post, monitor, and engage with audience.
• Monitor ad performance and optimize for CPC, engagement, reach, and conversion.
• Work with sales and brand teams to promote promotions, outlets, and sampling events.
• Track and analyze digital KPIs (likes, CTR, follower growth, conversions) and report monthly.
• Support influencer/KOL campaigns and partnerships to drive awareness.

Creative Design (40%)

• Design social media posts, digital ads, GIFs, and short product animations.
• Create printed collateral such as brochures, POS materials, event backdrops, etc.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and digital communications.
• Edit photography or UGC for brand content use.
• Collaborate with external photographers, videographers, or printers when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design, preferably in FMCG or baby care.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut).
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
• Understanding of content trends for parenting/motherhood audiences is a strong plus.
• Good command of English.
• Strong sense of branding, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
