Digital Marketing (50%)

●  Plan and execute digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and Google Ads.

●  Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with brand messaging and product education.

● Supervise content creation (copywriting, artwork, animations) in collaboration with creative agencies or internal teams.

●   Monitor and report digital KPIs (reach, engagement, CPC, conversions), recommending optimization strategies.

●   Manage community engagement and responses on social platforms.

●   Oversee lead generation and CRM follow-up workflows for digital sign-ups and inquiries.

Below-the-Line (BTL) Marketing (40%)

●   Plan and execute in-store activations, roadshows, sampling, trade marketing programs, and mom meet-ups.

●   Coordinate POSM production, distribution, and implementation across key outlets.

●   Collaborate with the sales team to align promotional mechanics with sales targets.

●    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BTL campaigns, suggesting improvements.

Other Responsibilities (10%)

●    Track competitor marketing activities and consumer trends.

●    Assist with marketing budget tracking and reporting.

●    Support KOL/influencer outreach and performance tracking.

●  Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

●      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

●      3–5 years of relevant experience in digital and/or BTL marketing, preferably in FMCG or infant nutrition industry.

●      Experience managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.

●      Knowledge of offline activation and field marketing execution.

●      Strong project management and coordination skills.

●      Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.

●      Proficiency in English and local language (verbal and written).
