- Checking stock levels regularly

- Completing the required paperwork when ordering stock

- Updating stock information on the computer system

- Comparing items received against items ordered

- Implementing or improving processes and procedures

- Compiling daily reports and addressing inventory discrepancies

- Maintaining records of pricing, purchases and other relevant information

- Performing random checks and audits

- Associate’s Degree in accounting, finance, management or equivalent

- 1 Year experiences with accounting

- Ability to do budget plan and cash management plan

- Fluent of English; Chinese is a plus

- Work independence and self-management

- Excellent teamwork and team building skills

- Strong desire to learn and commit to his/her further development

- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
