Jobs Description

Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with brand and sales goals.

Collaborate with the sales team to create in-store promotions, product displays, and retail visibility tools.

Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms (social media).

Support new product launches and ensure alignment of trade and consumer messaging.

Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures and ensuring that the sales team meet their quotas and goals.

Maintaining relationships with key clients by making regular visits, understanding their need and anticipating new marketing initiatives.

Build up monthly report and business performance report to present to company's director and relevant principles.

Being the key liaise person to communicate with principles on up-to-date activities following request from each principle to maintain professional cooperation.

Participate in forecast planning to maintain stock healthiness for sufficient supply to market.

Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trend to report to company's director to make sure company receiving up-to-date market information.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor degree in marketing, or business-related field. Pharmaceutical background is preferable

2-3 years’ experience in field of consumer product, preferably in cosmetic or baby product industry

Experience in managing people and big product portfolio is an advantageous

Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and respect defined timeline

Ability to manage team and develop their daily efficiency

Good English, French is an advantage

Strong computer skills (MS office, Internet, Email)
