• Define project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.

• Identify resource requirements and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.

• Working with related department resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary.

• Analyze potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Conduct regular risk assessments and update risk registers.

• Track project progress against the schedule and report on vari-ances.

• Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting any issues or delays.

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Facilitate communication between different departments and stakeholders.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders.

• Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

• Implement best practices in planning and scheduling processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent

• Skill in technical engineering principles and mathematics

• Knowledge of computer application Microsoft office (word, excel, project) and Auto-cad 2D.

• Planning and Having project management skills.

• Strong in multitasking abilities.

• Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
