Job Summary: Priority Group recruits Warehouse Controller who will be responsible for managing the overall operation of the construction warehouse, including inventory control, stock management, receiving and dispatching of construction materials and equipment, and ensuring smooth coordination between the warehouse and project teams. This role ensures that materials are available for ongoing construction projects while keeping track of all stock movements.

* Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock, materials, and equipment in the warehouse.

- Ensure that materials and equipment are available to meet the needs of ongoing and upcoming construction projects.

- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system stock.

- Manage and track the usage of construction materials, tools, and equipment.

- Supervise the receipt of all incoming materials and ensure that they meet the quality standards and specifications.

- Oversee the unloading and proper storage of materials in the warehouse.

- Ensure accurate and timely dispatching of materials and equipment to construction sites.

- Maintain records of all shipments, including delivery schedules and tracking information.

- Monitor stock levels of construction materials and raise requisitions for replenishment when stock reaches reorder levels.

- Work closely with procurement teams to ensure timely orders and deliveries of necessary items.

- Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment, ensuring all materials are stored correctly.

- Ensure that hazardous materials are stored according to safety guidelines.

- Maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions, including goods received, dispatched, and inventory levels.

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, including stock levels, issues, and usage forecasts.

- Maintain proper records for equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

- Work closely with site manager and construction teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials to construction sites.

- Address any inventory shortages or delays that might impact construction schedules.

- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of construction tools and equipment.

- Keep track of all tools and equipment lent to construction teams, ensuring their return and proper maintenance.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in supply chain management, logistics, construction management, or a related field is an advantage.

- Minimum of 1-2 years experiences in warehouse management or logistics, preferably in the construction industry.

- Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and health regulations.

- Strong communication skills to coordinate with various teams.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.

- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including outdoor construction sites when necessary.

* Working Conditions:

- Work hours may vary depending on project deadlines and operational requirements.
