- Developing and executing sales strategies to grow our presence in the agricultural market.

- Identify and approach new farms, projects and channels (Dealers, Retails) that require irrigation & water system solutions.

- Build strong relationships with farmers, distributors, influencers and industry stakeholders.

- Conduct market research to understand customers’ needs and emerging trends in agricultural irrigation.

- Provide technical advice on PVC pipe usage for farm irrigation and other applications.

- To achieving sales targets and reporting on performance metrics.

- Others upon assignments.

- 2-3 years of experience in agricultural sales or related fields.

- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, irrigation systems, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong understanding of farming practices and irrigation systems.

- Experience in dealing with durian, banana, pepper, and cashew nut farms is a plus.

- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to travel to meet clients and visit agricultural sites.

- Good in English language speaking, writing, and listening skills are mandatory required.
