1.    Recruit new customer, Oversee on their target & performance

2.    Push and focus on customers inactive to active

3.    Visit existing Customer and push customer to increase Volume

4.    Branding and promote area by visualize marketing material and social media (POSM Deployment)

5.    Provided product training to customer & solving the problem

6.    Spread out all company information or promotion to customer, make sure all thing is matching with timeline

7.    Strong commitment and good relationship with team and cross department

8.    Coaching subordinate by example

9.    Do report, prepare data for Weekly & Monthly meeting

10. Other tasks assigned by Sup/SM

1.    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

2.    Experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a out door sales or corporate sales

3.    Good in interpersonal, and communication skills.

4.    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

5.    Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence.

6.    Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions.

7.    Willing to travel both Phnom Penh and province
