Jobs Description

I. Summary

The Sales Supervisor oversees the sales team to achieve targets, develop strategies, manage customer relationships, monitor performance, report results, conduct market research, provide training, ensure compliance, facilitate communication, and drive continuous improvement.

II. Main Tasks

1. Business Management

- Prepare business planning (categories wise, brand wise)

- Conduct Meeting (Business Review)

- Review business planning (categories wise, brand wise)

- Growth business: Find opportunity by market (brand, category, infrastructure, coverage expansion, Route frequency)

- Handling Market related objection /expires/ Sales Supervisor/ Sales Rep does not visit

- Competition Tracking

- Find coverages expansion opportunity, increase number of stores

- Increase number of effective stores

- Increase productivity, number of invoices by Sup, Sales Rep, by route, by market

- Find solution for slow moving products

- Product assortment.

2. Sub Distributor Management

- Review SD investment

- Review SD infrastructure

- Check stock

- Tracking inventory of SD

- SD involvement /Market Visit /Key WS visit

- Growth business: Find opportunity by market (Route frequency, delivery service

- Focus brand and key activities availabilities in store

3- Key Customer Handling

- Build relationship wih key customers

- Improve categories sales with Wholesalers

- Wholesalers wise tracking

- Wholesalers inventory tracking

4- Team Management

- Build team confident

- Team skill development

- Lead by example

- Resolve issue

- Guide team to look for opportunities

- Sales Sup/ Sales Rep caree path

- Sales Sup/ Sales Rep on the job training/ Visibilities/ selling Technique

- Rewards for good achievement

III. Authority and Communication

As a sales Supervisor, the scope of authority granted includes overseeing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets and goals, monitoring sales performance, providing guidance and training to the sales team, and making decisions to optimize sales processes and direct report to Sales Manager.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Ability to travel within the designated area as needed.
