• Master of Education in TESOL or Educational Management or related to the field

• Have at Least Three years of related experience,

• Have at Least Five years for Teaching experience and experience curriculum development

• Good knowledge of business operations and educational management especially private sector

• Good knowledge of child development and teaching methods in the modern world such as communicative approach, student-centered learning, etc

• Knowledge of Cambodia labor Law

• Good Facilitation, presentation, problem solving, and interpersonal skills

• Being Self-managed, self- motivated and highly responsible
