Execute all promotions and some activities in order to promote and push sale volume but under Budget

* Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare claim from factory and send draft to supplier.

- Prepare special promotion for customers assign by manager

- Deal with customer to offer promotion by events and by customers.

- Prepare report related to marketing activities after finish event (Roadshow, Exhibition, Sampling……).

- Prepare proposal propose to factory (Many activities).

- Manage sampling activities, exhibition, ………….

- Contact with many agencies about marketing purpose.

- Prepare schedule for promoter.

- Other tasks to be assigned by superior.

* Other Duties:

- To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and ID card

- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene

- To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times

- To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments

- To attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.

* SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing

- 3-5 years experience in marketing field

- Good in Microsoft office

- Good in Interpersonal Skills

- Good in English both speaking and written.

* Working Days and Hours:

• Monday- Half Saturday

• Working hour: From 8:00am to 5:30pm (Break 1 hour);
