- Design Creation: Develop high-quality visual designs for various marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and websites

- Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels

- Collaboration: Work closely with the whole team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences

- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other designers to produce integrated and effective visual solutions

- Content Adaptation:

Adapt and repurpose existing designs for different platforms and formats, ensuring they are optimized for performance and engagement

- Update and refresh existing marketing materials to align with current trends and brand updates

- Organizing tasks: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work

- Maintain a well-organized design file system and ensure all assets are properly archived

- Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team

- Analyze competitors' designs and industry trends to inform and inspire design decisions

- Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from team members into design revisions and iterations

- Ensure designs are reviewed and approved before final delivery

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma)

- Strong creative skills with an eye for detail, color theory, and typography

- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing environment

- Fluency in English and Khmer

- Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience working with web design tools

- Familiarity with marketing analytics and metrics
