Jobs Description

Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts to maintain high morale and productivity.
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and provide constructive feedback.
Identify training needs, organize training programs, and support employee career development.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies and conduct regular HR audits.
Manage payroll and administer employee benefits programs.
Implement health and safety policies, conduct safety training, and address workplace injuries.
Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and manage HR documentation and contracts

Jobs Requirement

At least 3 years of experience in HR or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in an HR role, with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Knowledge of specific HR-related laws or practices relevant to the region, if applicable
