Jobs Description

Oversee company marketing and sales in the country.
Create plan and execute strategies for marketing promotion, including online website promotions and offline promotional events.
Develop sales strategies and ensure effective implementation.
Plan, execute and manage the business's SEO strategy.
Track team performance under set targets.
Prepare and manage a monthly budget for the departments.
Set, monitor, and report on team goals.
Coordinate/liaise with internal departments for smoother promotional execution.

Jobs Requirement

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in an online setting is an added advantage.
Knowledge of SEO strategies and technical aspects.
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
Good English communication skills.
Must be willing to work in the Phnom Penh / Sihanouk office
