Jobs Description

Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide insights for management.
Transaction Management: Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and ensure that all accounts are balanced.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial processes.
Mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in records and physical counts.
Reporting: Prepare detailed inventory reports for management, highlighting trends and potential issues.
System Maintenance: Maintain and update inventory management systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
In-Store Stock Take Support: Assist in the planning and execution of in-store stock takes, ensuring accurate counting and reporting of inventory.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on general ledger and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
