Jobs Description

- Manage and control all kind of administrative documents to file in order.

- Ensure all office equipment is well maintained and serviced

- Make monthly report relevant office supply.

- Check attendance day-to-day and make report to Administrative Manager.

- Maintains payroll information from time to time by collecting from the campus.

- Ensure all update information receive on time from the campus.

- Collect document support to do payroll and submitted to Admin Manager.

- Process and monitor the system related to Staff ID Card and Parking.

- Other related duties as manager assigned.

Jobs Requirement

- At least 3-years' experience in administrative or related field.

- Be self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines.

- Have good computer skill (Microsoft office, Excel, Power point and internet and E-mail).

- Creative and flexible in work, be able to work effectively and cooperatively with Co- workers.

- Good interpersonal skill, hardworking, honest and high responsibility.

- Able working under pressure.
