Jobs Description

Builds strong relationships with customer by researching and understanding customer needs
Acts as a point of contact for assigned customers
Identifies prospective customers, working with marking and head departments to set up new accounts in the defined territory
Provides leads to parts & service sales manager and communicates regularly with sale forces to reach a common objective.
Promotes and sells parts & service to the customer
Influence and use appropriate marketing programs to meet customer needs
Develops basic parts pricing, availability, and identifies parts value skills
Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Carry out any other assignments and duties as assigned by manager or leader
Follow all company policy

Jobs Requirement

College degree required
Mechanical aptitude & familiarity of construction equipment industry
Have experience at least 1 – 2 years in Sale
Excellent communication and customer service skill
General marketing and sale intelligence
Can use computer (Excel, Power point, Word.)
If have experience with mechanical better
Friendship, Honest, commitment
Good attitude
