Jobs Description


  • Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a recruitment process.
  • Monitor all related employee onboarding and out-boarding processes.
  • Discuss career-pathing options with high-potential employees and conduct skill gap analyses to determine personal needs.
  • Succession plan and ensure training is aligned to support plan.
  • Liaise with other managers to understand all necessary aspect of their learning and development needs, and to ensure they are fully
  • informed of cooperate learning and developing objectives.
  • Organize mid-year and annual performance review.
  • Design, plan and execute branding activities.
  • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
  • Support employee opportunity for professional development.
  • Assist in employee retention and development.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
  • Overseeing exit interviews to identify the cause of turnover, calculate employee. engagement metrics, like retention and turnover.
  • Deliver and report to the annual employee engagement survey to ensure feedback from employees in collated and interpreted correctly to help improve employee
  • engagement.
  • Develop and update HR Policies, internal and administrative rules, work process and guidelines to ensure the effective function of the department.
  • Ensure the implementation of HR policies, rule and regulation and procedure to ensure they are correctly practiced for the whole company.
  • Lead, training, tracking, and well prepared for daily securities staff’s roster.
  • Assist in security’s payroll calculation.
  • Other task assigned by line manager.

Jobs Requirement


  • Bachelor/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Recruitment and HR Field.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to presentations.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • Good knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Good at Ms. Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Good in English.
  • Knowledge of HR Systems and databases.
  • Understanding of labour law and market HR practice.
