1. Update Delivery Schedule for Sales department

-Specific Description: We always receive orders from the sales department by email. When we receive, we need to check the raw

materials in stock. Then update production plan reply to the delivery date send email back to sale department.

-Work Measures: check and Received Sale order.

2. Update production plan for shipment:

-Specific Description: When received sale order we need to update production plan confirm material then reply ship date to sale

department.

-Work Measures: Follow up whit production can product on time or not.

3. Check stock row material

-Specific Description: When update production plan, need to confirm material first. Whit (PC WH)

-Work Measures: Follow up material arrive plan in WH.

4. Issue PO to system and Print PO

-Specific Description: After responding to the sales department about the delivery date, we need to enter the order into the system to get the order number and enter it into the production plana and then print PO and divide PO and give to production.

-Work Measures: Check and confirm if have ship date revise.

5. Revise delivery date if customer request change:

-Specific description: If an order is cancelled, we must collect all PO from the production.

-Work Measures: Check and Take out PO cancel.

6. Close the completed orders:

-Specific Description: All PO that completes much be close time by time.

-Work Measures: Confirm whit warehouse to close

7. Order carton and label stock for production use:

-Specific Description: On a weekly basis, we check the stock of cartons in the system and compare with warehouse then check the weekly usage requirements.

-Work Measures: Check whit purchasing

8. Other work Perform tasks assigned by manager.

-Month' work experience in measurement and testing

-Master the basic knowledge of computer would is Microsoft Word, Excel & Pawer Point

-Proficiency in relevant reliability testing methods, (ជំនាញប្រតិបត្តិការកម្មវិធីការិយាល័យ)

-Strong observation ability, Strong ability to drive, strong organizational skills, Strong leadership skill
