- Update new booking on system

- Place booking to airline

- Release booking to shipper

- Coordinate with broker/carrier for cargo check-in

- Issue draft HAWB and checking draft MAWB

- Upload pre-alert and do finalize shipment plan in system

- Submit costing and issue PL sheet to FIN team

- Checking rate airfreight with carrier

- Give new idea & find out new techniques to ensure a smooth handling for team Comply with Company policy.

- Work directly with FIN team for invoice issue and work directly with OPS team for clearance documents

- Able to use English for business communication, other language is a plus.
