Jobs Description


  • Digital Communication Strategy: in accordance with the HDC develop and implement innovative digital communication strategies that enhance ISF’s online presence and engagement. Focus on key channels including social media, email marketing, and website content.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee ISF’s social media accounts, creating and curating compelling content that engages and grows our online community. Plan and execute social media campaigns that raise awareness, attract donors, and showcase our impact.
  • Content Management: Use ISF contents for storytelling in a compelling and authentic way. Ensure all content aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audiences.
  • Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns, from conception through to analysis. Develop targeted email lists, craft engaging newsletters, and create automated email journeys that nurture relationships with donors and supporters.
  • Website Management: Maintain and optimize the ISF website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and effectively communicates our mission. Work with developers and designers as needed to improve website functionality and design.
  • Online Fundraising Campaigns: in collaboration with the fundraising team, plan and execute digital fundraising campaigns, utilizing a mix of social media, email marketing, and website content to drive donations. Analyze campaign performance to continuously improve and refine strategies.
  • SEO and Analytics: Implement SEO best practices to increase website traffic and monitor digital performance using analytics tools. Use data insights to guide content creation and campaign strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Development and Communications, communication and fundraising teams, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and effective cross-channel communication.



Jobs Requirement


  • Essential
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong background in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and email marketing. Proven ability to create and implement successful digital campaigns.
  • Content Creation Skills: Excellent skills in writing, graphic design, and multimedia content production. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, engaging, and visually appealing manner.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with website management, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp), social media tools, and analytics software.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Desirable
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns, with the ability to pivot strategies based on data insights.
  • CRM: Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
  • NGO Experience: Experience in the NGO sector, particularly in digital communication and fundraising, is highly desirable.
